The project site is located in Fairlie, at the corner of A78 with Glen Road, presenting a pronounced slope towards West (A78). The proposal includes three block of flats lined on the site contours, together with landscaped open gardens and parking.

The steep incline allowed for the formation of a Lower Ground Floor, with the entrances located at Ground Floor Level. Each block of flats contains 3 maisonettes, 14 flats (two bedrooms) and 3 penthouses, to a total of 20 units.
